Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the countries available at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or because of customs or carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to update after the first scan.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is correct before you place your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes or fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
